Our second Annual Corporate meet was held on 30 December 2023 at the Park Ascent Hotel, Sector 62, Noida. In the freezing winters, people gathered from every corner of India to make this event successful.
The night was to celebrate the previous year’s accomplishments and welcome 2024 with open arms and new aspirations. It started with exciting energizers to activate the folks for the rest of the night– A warm up session.
Inspiring Words by Elites:
Ratnesh Dubey, the director of Brandconn, inspired employees with his moving words. He thanked everyone in the organization for contributing to its success and urged them to take every obstacle as an opportunity to propel. Focussing on the team’s expansion to more than ten states, including J&K, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Kerala, and more, he appreciated the outcomes of remote working and promised to continue. The team has been marching enthusiastically toward achieving new milestones despite myriad challenges on the path. Gradually, upon entering the international markets, he informed us about opening a new office in Cyprus, Europe, and appointed Katerina Charalambous as Vice President of International Business. She will handle and lead our business development efforts globally and engage with more international clients.
Mr. Ratnesh mentioned that Brandconn was a Silver Sponsor for WordCamp in Bengaluru and a Bronze Sponsor for WordCamp in Bhopal. In the upcoming year, the team will attend the WordCamp event in Italy.” So, we have great plans and ambitions for the future.” Another milestone was to get awarded as a “Clutch Global Leader for 2023.”
The director expressed that implementing employee-friendly schemes, such as Maternity leave and PF and ESI regimes, helped to create a more empathetic and inclusive environment.

He congratulated every team member for carving Brandconn’s success story with dedication, hard work, and perseverance. Employees are the strongest pillars of all its accomplishments. The leader ended with grateful words for everyone’s invaluable support and relentless contribution. “We can achieve heights of success through collective efforts for innovation and growth.”
Other dignitaries, RB Tiwari and Dr Ajay Rana, shared words of wisdom and their mantras to achieve dynamic success.
Corporate Excellence Awards:
It’s time to recognise the tremendous efforts of team members who delivered phenomenal performance in 2023, with awards. The unwavering commitment leads organization to achieve mammoth success. Shining trophies were given to the deserving employees.
The mega award, the director’s choice award, was given to a workaholic wizard, Jagdish Kumar. He was awarded a 3-night and 4-day trip to Goa.
Cultural Performances:
A party is incomplete with dance and music. Adding colours to the night, some unforgettable performances awe-struck the audience. Once again, Srishthi honoured the stage with her charismatic Bharatanatyam dance form.
Ujjal lit the floor with Kathak performance on some famous Bollywood tunes. Last but not least, Gurpreet performed an energetic Bhangra.
DJ, Dance, Dinner & Celebration:
A formal photographic session was organised to capture special moments with the team. People danced to the DJ with unmatched energy and spirits.
Mouth-watering food with cocktails was all everyone was waiting for. Brandconnians had a blast.
