Brandconn Digital organized its first-ever Annual Corporate Meet post-pandemic on 30 December 2022 at The Park Ascent, Noida, New Delhi, India. The team Brandconn, working from various locations across the country, came together to celebrate the spirit of “TOGETHERNESS”.
Due to Covid-19, many employees got the flexibility of remote working, which curbed them from having real and face -to face conversations. This annual meet was an excellent opportunity to see everyone in person. They met, interacted, mingled, laughed, and shared stories and experiences of life, work and much more.
Motivational Speeches:
The event started with an inspiring speech by Ms Katerina Charalambous, the Guest of Honour at the annual event. She shared her experiences working with us and that how she has witnessed the company grow in the last 2-3 years.
Mr Ratnesh Dubey, director of Brandconn Digital Group, delivered words that were so powerful and magnetic and focused on the company’s vision. He appreciated the contribution of each employee working from the office or remotely. People were thrilled listening to his captivating speech.
Other elite dignitaries from various industry verticals also shared words of wisdom on success, perseverance, resilience and positive attitude.
Corporate Excellence Awards:
Now, the time had come for which the employees had been waiting so long. It was an award-giving ceremony to the outstanding performers who diligently contributed to the organization’s success.
Performance and loyalty awards were given across ten different categories. Star performers got sparkling trophies for their contribution, and those who didn’t get any awards got the right motivation to perform better in the year to come. The Mega awards of the evening was an international trip to Dubai, which was given to Ms Sita for her seven years of outstanding contribution to the growth of the company.
Cultural Performances:
India is a nation that takes pride in its rich and diverse culture, food, language, caste and colors. The celebration included traditional Indian and Bollywood dance performances that were jaw-dropping.
Srishti Johri graced the event with a Bharatnatyam dance, one of the oldest Indian classical dance forms. The moves were elegant, classy and mesmerizing.
Gurpreet danced to Bhangra tunes and energized the party with his high-voltage performance. Other performers set the party mood and brought a smile to the audience’s faces.
DJ, Dance & Dinner:
A cake-cutting ceremony was organized to welcome the New Year, followed by an electrifying DJ and mouth-watering dinner. Brandconnians danced to their last breath on the Bollywood music and rolled on the dance floor like no one was watching.
A scrumptious dinner with cocktails added new flavours to the celebration. A wide range of delicious dishes were served to satisfy people’s cravings.
